The Parliamentary Archives at the Palace of Westminster hold one of the world’s most significant collections related to democratic governance. Barker Langham conducted an audience-focused assessment to inform the future of the archives and plan the wider visitor experience as part of a major capital project. Through market research, stakeholder consultation and strategic analysis, we explored how a new public-facing facility could expand access, deepen engagement and safeguard the relevance of this vital national resource.
