We serve as expert advisors and mentors for organisations such as the National Lottery Heritage Fund, ICOM, the European Union, the Museums Association, and UNESCO.

Our story:
Barker Langham began with a friendship – two archaeologists, Darren Barker and Eric Langham – united by a belief in the power of stories to shape the world. That foundation gave rise to a practice rooted in the idea that culture is capable of transforming lives.
Today, we are an independent, people-owned consultancy working across borders and disciplines – a global team of thinkers and changemakers. From two voices to many, one question continues to guide us: Where will culture take us next?
